Content and Copyright Policy

YodaHut Web Company, a proprietorship firm having its office at 70-1, Kamarajapuram West, Karur, Tamil Nadu, India (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm"), respects the intellectual property rights of its patrons and Users and expects the same of them.

1. Account Suspension or Termination

The Firm reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any User who is found to be repeatedly violating copyright norms or violating the Terms of Use and policies of the Platform.

2. Authenticity and Indemnification

Users and Professional Users are solely responsible for the authenticity of the content they create on the Platform, whether in the form of video uploads, audio clips, reviews of existing videos or any other content uploaded to the Platform. If any content is found to be plagiarised or an unauthorised copy of another creator's content, the User who posted it shall be solely responsible for the damages, losses and expenses incurred by the Firm and the Platform as a result.

3. Liability for Offensive Content

Any objectionable content, comment or review posted on the Platform that is offensive towards a religious faith, a gender or the patriotic spirit of a nation may be taken down by the Platform after a due enquiry. The responsibility for any consequences arising from such content lies solely with the creator of the content or comment, and the Firm and the Platform will not be liable for it in any manner.

4. Copyright Infringement Notice

  1. If you believe that your copyright-protected content has been uploaded to our Platform without authorisation, you may send us a copyright infringement notice containing the following information:

    • your email address, physical address or phone number, so that we and the User who uploaded the allegedly infringing work can contact you;

    • a clear and complete description of the work you believe has been infringed;

    • the URL or other identifying location of the allegedly infringing work;

    • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and

    • a statement certifying that the information you have provided is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

  2. The copyright infringement notice may be emailed to info@yodahut.com or sent by post to 70-1, Kamarajapuram West, Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.

  3. We will forward a copy of the infringement notice to the creator of the content you have alleged infringes your work.

  4. On receiving your notice, we will take down the allegedly infringing content either temporarily, until the dispute is resolved, or permanently. This decision rests solely with us. If the dispute is not resolved within 90 days, we will take down the infringing content permanently.

5. Copyright Infringement Counter-Notice

If you believe that a copyright infringement claim made against you is mistaken or unjustified, you may send a counter-notice in reply to the copyright infringement notice. The counter-notice must:

  1. include your contact information, including your full legal name, email address, physical address and phone number. If you are an authorised representative of the creator of the allegedly infringing content, such as an attorney, please state your relationship to the creator;

  2. specify the URL of your work and state whether the content has already been removed; and

  3. include a statement certifying that you believe the copyright infringement notice was issued to you in error, and that your content was removed as a result of a misunderstanding caused by that notice.

The counter-notice may be emailed to info@yodahut.com or sent by post to 70-1, Kamarajapuram West, Karur, Tamil Nadu, India.

We will forward your counter-notice, including any personal information you provide, to the copyright claimant, and the counter-notice may be made public. The claimant may use this information to file a lawsuit against you.

6. Declaration

We hereby declare that the decision to retain or remove any content against which an infringement notice has been issued rests solely with us.
