   5. The term “Platform” refers to the Website which enables Users to access videos uploaded by professional tutors on varied technology and skills in different languages.

2. Professional tutors can post videos of their tutorial sessions on varied technologies and skills in different languages which shall be uploaded on the Platform.

3. As a professional user, it is required for you to register or log in to the platform in order to post videos of your tutorials. As a learner, it is not mandatory for you to log in but we advise you to do so, in order to track your learning history on the Platform.

4. You can leave feedback on the services provided by the Firm, but at all times you are required to be civil and maintain decorum.

You further acknowledge that the Platform may contain information that is designated confidential by us and that you shall not disclose such information without our prior written consent. Your information is regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, unless legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.
